Diversified Energy Chairman David Johnson retired from the board effective Aug. 5, 2026, ending more than nine years of service.
Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and board member Rusty Hutson Jr. was appointed chairman effective Aug. 5, 2026.
Board member David Turner Jr. was named lead independent director.
Martin Thomas was appointed to the compensation committee.
