Dogness issued 3,050,000 Class A common shares on Aug. 13, 2026 via cash exercise of outstanding warrants.
Class A shares outstanding rose to 8,551,658 as of Aug. 13, 2026.
Warrant terms and share acquisition deal revised
Warrant terms were amended on Aug. 6, 2026 to waive beneficial ownership limits, removing a 61-day waiting period for full exercise.
The share acquisition deal was revised, cutting the planned stake in Dogness Intelligent Technology to 6.735% from 19.5%.
