Dominari Securities LLC successfully launched and closed its American Ventures Opportunity QP Series IV fund, raising $200 million from qualified investors. The fund deployed capital to directly acquire 1,481,481 SpaceX IPO shares at $135 per share, marking the largest IPO share allocation achieved by any bank.

Prior to this fundraising, Dominari and its affiliates completed eight pre-IPO investment rounds in SpaceX and xAI, investing an aggregate $50 million.
