Domino's names Best Buy CEO Corie Barry lead independent director

Domino's Pizza named Michael C. Creedon Jr. and Anneliese Olson to its board.
Corie Barry was elected lead independent director, replacing Richard Federico, who remains a director and audit committee chair.
Creedon is CEO of Dollar Tree; he previously served as COO and held senior roles at Advance Auto Parts, Tyco, and ADT.
Olson is president of Imaging, Printing and Solutions at HP, with more than 30 years at the company in senior operating roles.
Creedon and Olson will join the board’s audit committee, and Barry continues as chair of the compensation and human capital committee.
