DraftKings switches auditors, taps Deloitte for 2027 after dismissing BDO
DKNG•DraftKings will replace BDO with Deloitte as its independent auditor for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2027. BDO’s dismissal takes effect after the 2026 audit is completed and the 2026 Form 10-K is filed.
1. Auditor transition
DraftKings appointed Deloitte as its independent auditor for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2027, subject to client acceptance. The engagement letter was executed Sept. 25, 2026, and BDO will be dismissed after completing the 2026 audit and filing the 2026 Form 10-K. DraftKings reported no adverse opinions, disclaimers or qualifications in BDO’s 2024 and 2025 audit reports, and no accounting or auditing disputes or reportable events through Sept. 23, 2026.
