He holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry and brings extensive experience in machine learning applications and European market strategy.
At Sphere Energy, Dr. Lutz led development of an AI Operating System that automates CAD part generation, crash scenario optimization, and battery aging simulations from limited test data. His expertise will enhance Dragonfly’s ability to model Battery Born performance and lifecycle under diverse conditions.
Dragonfly will integrate Dr. Lutz’s AI knowledge with its installed base of Battle Born batteries and proprietary management systems to accelerate dry electrode manufacturing and next-generation cell design. His role supports the company’s long-term strategy to improve lifecycle performance and advance nonflammable all-solid-state batteries.
