The planned platform will offer real-time and batch face detection with tagging and optional demographic or emotion estimation, AI-driven hashtag generation, metadata extraction, scene and sentiment recognition, as well as intelligent content filtering, aesthetic scoring and duplicate detection.
3. Project Timeline and IP Rights
The collaboration is slated for 12 months from commencement, with all deliverables’ intellectual property rights vesting in Trendic International upon full payment. The MoU includes binding provisions on confidentiality, IP protection and data security but does not guarantee a formal service agreement.
