Duke Energy names Insight Enterprises ex-CEO Joyce Mullen to board, Audit Committee
DUK•Duke Energy appointed Joyce Mullen to its board effective Sept. 28. She will join the Audit Committee and the Operations and Nuclear Oversight Committee.
1. Board appointment
Mullen retired as president and CEO of Insight Enterprises in April 2026 and remains at the company as executive vice president for strategic development. Her earlier roles included executive positions at Dell Technologies and leadership positions at Cummins Engine.
