Kroll says Cadeler plc share-exchange offer is fair to Cadeler shareholders
CDLR•Kroll concluded on Sept. 21, 2026, that Cadeler plc’s offer to exchange one plc share for each Cadeler A/S share, including shares underlying ADSs, was financially fair to Cadeler shareholders.
1. Exchange offer terms
Cadeler plc launched a voluntary share-exchange offer for all Cadeler A/S shares as part of a planned UK redomiciliation. Each Cadeler share, including those underlying ADSs, is to be exchanged for one Cadeler plc share.
