Duos Edge AI, a unit of Duos Technologies Group, signed a five-year colocation deal to supply 10 MW at its Columbus, Georgia data center campus.
Contracted revenue exceeds $111 million over the term, and capacity is expected to become available in Q4 2026.
The Columbus campus is expected to reach 20 MW by the end of Q4 2026, including an initial 10 MW slated to start generating revenue in August 2026.
