SSW Partners agreed to buy Delivery Hero operations in 14 markets for about EUR 1.4 billion, contingent on Uber’s takeover of Delivery Hero.
The assets cover overlapping territories with Uber Eats, including parts of Europe, Türkiye, and Latin America, generating about EUR 11 billion GMV in 2025.
Businesses are expected to keep operating on Delivery Hero’s existing technology and logistics backbone under local teams.
Uber’s offer values Delivery Hero at EUR 13 billion, offering EUR 41.5 per share, with completion expected in H2 2027.
