2. Full-Year 2026 Guidance

The company reaffirmed its full-year 2026 revenue target above $50 million, projecting significant contributions in the second half of the year and maintaining expectations for adjusted EBITDA to turn positive during that period.

3. Hydra Host GPU-as-a-Service Agreement

In March, Duos signed a $176 million GPU-as-a-Service deal with Hydra Host, under which approximately $26 million in revenue is expected during the second half of 2026 and roughly $135 million over the remainder of the contract term.

4. Capital Raise and Cash Position

Duos completed a $65 million capital raise in March, boosting cash and cash equivalents to $33.03 million at quarter-end, up from $15.47 million at the end of December 2025, strengthening its balance sheet for planned AI infrastructure expansion.
