After launching mobile ordering, Dutch Bros debuted its first walk-up outlet in downtown LA with two service windows and an outdoor patio. The mobile channel has enabled consistent drive-through–style operations while opening new real estate formats in urban cores.

3. Food Offering Expansion

Dutch Bros expanded from four to eight food skews, rolling out breakfast items rapidly across 300 shops by year-end. The beverage-focused retailer says the streamlined menu preserves speed and quality, with teams reporting smooth integration of new food preparation workflows.
