Second-quarter loss widens on higher operating costs
Dyne Therapeutics posted a wider GAAP net loss of USD 178.56 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, versus USD 110.86 million a year earlier.
GAAP operating loss widened to USD 181.66 million from USD 115.79 million as operating expenses climbed to USD 181.66 million from USD 115.79 million.
GAAP research and development expense rose to USD 152.17 million from USD 99.24 million, driven by higher z-rostudirsen and z-basivarsen spending.
GAAP general and administrative costs increased to USD 29.49 million from USD 16.56 million on higher headcount and launch preparation activity.
