Dynex Capital expands at-the-market equity program by 80 million shares to 301,292,973 shares

Dynex Capital amended its at-the-market equity distribution agreement, lifting authorized common-stock sales by 80,000,000 shares to 301,292,973 shares.

Remaining capacity under the program totals 99,326,438 shares.

Sales will be executed through a syndicate of sales agents under an S-3 shelf registration, with a new prospectus supplement dated July 28, 2026.
