Eagle Nuclear Engages AI Firm for SMR Simulation While Advancing 32.75M-Pound Uranium Project
SMR•Eagle Nuclear Energy Corp. holds rights to a 32.75 million-pound indicated and 4.98 million-pound inferred uranium resource in Oregon and has launched a 47-hole, 27,000-foot drill program targeting a pre-feasibility study in the second half of 2027. On June 9, Eagle engaged Tensor Medium Corporation for AI-driven small modular reactor modeling, simulation and optimization.
1. Dual Fuel-and-Reactor Strategy
Eagle Nuclear Energy Corp. combines the largest conventional uranium deposit in the U.S. with a small modular reactor development program to control both raw fuel supply and next-generation reactor technology within one platform. This integrated thesis aims to enhance energy security and strategic value.
2. Uranium Project Advancements
The company’s flagship Aurora Uranium Project in Oregon hosts 32.75 million pounds of indicated and 4.98 million pounds of inferred uranium resources. Eagle has begun a 47-hole, 27,000-foot drill program and is targeting a pre-feasibility study in the second half of 2027 following federal and state permitting milestones.
3. AI-Enabled Reactor Simulation
On June 9, Eagle engaged Tensor Medium Corporation to support small modular reactor modeling, simulation, engineering and materials optimization using AI tensor-network mathematics. This collaboration leverages advanced algorithms for reactor design optimization ahead of detailed engineering and deployment decisions.
