Eagle Nuclear Energy posted a net loss of USD 26.53 million for the six months ended May 31, 2026, widening from USD 1.69 million.
Total operating expenses climbed to USD 8.77 million from USD 1.69 million, led by salaries and wages of USD 3.35 million.
The change in fair value of warrant liability was a loss of USD 17.75 million, driving the period’s bottom-line deterioration.
Cash position and project updates
Cash totaled USD 28.28 million, with working capital of USD 27.16 million; net cash used in operating activities was USD 4.71 million.
Key updates included environmental baseline studies at the Aurora Uranium Project ahead of a planned 27,000-foot summer 2026 drill program, plus a 12-month SMR modeling contract with Tensor Medium.
