Eason Technology Launches Four Ele Subsidiary To Target Power Dispatch And Grid Monitoring
DXF•Eason Technology formed a wholly owned subsidiary, Four Ele Industrial Intelligent Tech, to expand digital solutions into power energy, energy networks and storage facilities. The unit will initially develop power dispatch control systems and grid component loss monitoring solutions and target carbon emission monitoring and low-carbon dispatch decision systems.

Eason Technology launched Four Ele Industrial Intelligent Tech as a wholly owned subsidiary to extend its digital technology capabilities into power energy, energy networks and storage facilities.
2. Initial Technology Focus
The subsidiary will prioritize development of power dispatch control systems and grid component loss monitoring solutions, leveraging differentiated and underutilized energy technologies through self-development, licensing and partnerships.
3. Strategic Low-Carbon Goals
Eason’s CEO highlighted next-phase goals of monitoring carbon emissions in power grids and creating an auxiliary decision-making system for low-carbon dispatch to drive efficiency and sustainability.
4. Commercialization Strategy
The company plans to accelerate commercialization through its established customer base and global industrial partnerships, addressing growing demand driven by AI adoption and increased manufacturing spending.
