Eastern International completes 1.6 GW offshore wind projects, secures Yangjiang transport deal

As of December 31, 2025, Eastern International completed two Jiangsu offshore wind farm projects with combined installed capacity exceeding 1.6 million kilowatts and total contract value over RMB 49 million (US$7.07 million). Its subsidiary Suzhou TC-Link also secured a large-scale offshore transportation contract with Guangdong Goldwind for the Yangjiang Project.

1. Completion of Two Offshore Wind Farm Projects

Eastern International Ltd. confirmed that as of December 31, 2025, it has successfully completed the Jiangsu Yancheng Three Gorges Fenghai Dafeng Offshore Wind Farm Project and the Jiangsu Guoxin Dafeng Offshore Wind Farm Project. Together, these two renewable energy installations boast total installed capacities exceeding 1.6 million kilowatts. The combined contract value for logistics and installation services on these ultra-long turbine blade projects exceeded RMB 49 million (approximately US$7.07 million), with final figures pending audit. Both contracts involved transportation and installation of blades up to 110 meters in length, marking a significant validation of the company’s technical expertise in handling complex, large-scale offshore wind logistics.

2. Award of Yangjiang Offshore Transportation Contract

On December 20, 2025, Suzhou TC-Link Logistics Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Eastern International, secured a large-scale offshore transportation contract for the Guangdong Goldwind Yangjiang Project. The services encompass road transportation—including necessary route modifications for oversize and overweight cargo—port loading and unloading, sea transport and ancillary support. This award builds upon an initial announcement made on November 4, 2025, and underscores Eastern International’s capacity to deliver end-to-end logistics solutions for high-complexity offshore wind initiatives. Project milestones are progressing on schedule, positioning the company for further growth in China’s expanding offshore wind sector.
