1. Wall Street Sees Modest Revenue and Earnings Gains for Q4

Analysts project Eaton’s Q4 revenue to rise approximately 4.5% year-over-year, driven by sustained demand in electrical and aerospace segments. Consensus estimates peg organic sales growth at 3.8%, with industrial demand in North America up an estimated 6%. On the bottom line, EBITDA margins are expected to expand by roughly 50 basis points to near 18.2%, reflecting operational efficiencies and cost-saving initiatives launched in mid-2025. Earnings per share forecasts average a 7% increase versus the year-ago quarter, underpinned by margin improvement and share repurchases. Investor attention is also on the company’s free cash flow conversion, which analysts estimate will hit 95% of net income for the quarter, supporting the dividend and opportunistic debt reduction strategy.

2. Eaton Expands Modular Data Center Footprint with Flexnode Partnership

Eaton’s collaboration with Flexnode marks a strategic push into prefabricated, high-density power infrastructure for AI and high-performance computing data halls. Under the partnership, Eaton will supply 800 VDC power backup systems and rack solutions that reduce deployment schedules by an average of 35%, according to internal benchmarks. This modular offering targets facilities ranging from 3.5 to 35 megawatts, enabling customers to scale compute capacity rapidly. Eaton also led Flexnode’s Series A financing round—underscoring its commitment to the modular approach—and plans to integrate its Fibrebond enclosures into the Flexnode NX Compute Module. The move leverages Eaton’s 2024 global revenue base of nearly $25 billion and its footprint in more than 160 countries to accelerate deliveries in key markets.
