Eco Wave Power Pilot Yields 2,300 kWh in 11 Days, Zero Downtime Since 2025
In January 2026 Eco Wave Power's EWP-EDF One pilot at Jaffa Port generated over 2,300 kWh of electricity across 11 days of 1–2 meter waves. The system has recorded zero downtime since January 2025 and data supports scalability for larger commercial deployments with enhanced capacity factors.
1. January Production Performance
In January 2026 the EWP-EDF One pilot system at Jaffa Port operated under 1–2 meter waves for 11 days and generated over 2,300 kWh of clean electricity.
2. Zero Downtime and Operational Robustness
Since launch in January 2025 the system has recorded zero downtime, demonstrating stable output in wave conditions above 1 meter and validating device durability.
3. Commercial Scaling and Capacity Enhancements
Performance data supports deployment of larger floaters and expanded arrays designed to boost energy capture and capacity factors in future commercial installations.
4. Global Expansion and Project Pipeline
Beyond Israel, the company has launched operations at AltaSea in Los Angeles and is advancing projects in Taiwan, India and Portugal, contributing to a 404.7 MW development pipeline.
