EDAP•EDAP TMS S.A. will rebrand as FocalTherics, trade under ticker FOCL from June 1, 2026, to reflect its strategic focus on high-growth robotic focal therapy. The company will report its ESWL and distribution segments as discontinued operations beginning with Q2 2026.

EDAP TMS S.A. will adopt the new corporate name FocalTherics to underscore its exclusive dedication to the robotic focal therapy market. The new identity aligns with its flagship Focal One® HIFU platform and reinforces its commitment to high-growth therapeutic applications.
2. Ticker Symbol Change to FOCL
Effective at market open on June 1, 2026, the company’s American Depositary Shares will trade under the new symbol FOCL on Nasdaq. No shareholder action is required, and existing rights and CUSIP numbers remain unchanged.
3. Discontinuation of ESWL and Distribution Segments
Beginning with the second quarter 2026 financial results, EDAP will classify its legacy ESWL and distribution operating segments as discontinued operations. This move is intended to streamline the company’s focus and financial reporting on its core robotic focal therapy business.
4. Investor Day Scheduled for June 1
