Edgewell Cuts Virgin Plastic Usage 31% and Emissions 40% in FY25

2. Products & Packaging
The company reduced virgin plastic in disposable razor handles by 30.8% and in packaging by 31.0% versus FY19 levels; 83.2% of packaging is designed for recycling or reuse and 91.1% uses recycled or responsibly sourced fiber.

Edgewell cut greenhouse gas emissions by 40% from FY19, diverted 88% of waste from landfills at manufacturing facilities, and continued to source 100% certified sustainable palm oil for its products.
4. People, Community and Recognition
Employee satisfaction rose to 86% in the Global Experience Survey, 207,000 teammate recognition moments were recorded since FY21, and the injury rate improved to 0.51. Edgewell donated roughly US$715,000 to charities and earned Great Place To Work certifications in 13 regions, plus multiple rankings for responsibility and climate leadership.
