Edgewise Therapeutics flagged positive top-line results from its 12-week Phase 2 CIRRUS-HCM trial of EDG-7500 in symptomatic HCM.
Data have not yet been presented; the company scheduled a late-breaking presentation at the ESC Congress on Aug. 31, 2026.
Trial readout supported EDG-7500’s safety profile and showed efficacy signals in both obstructive and nonobstructive disease.
EDG-7500 is an oral cardiac sarcomere modulator aimed at improving relaxation while preserving systolic function, positioning it as a potential new HCM therapy.
