The deal includes up to $1.1 billion in regulatory and commercial milestone payments, taking total potential consideration to $2.65 billion.
Company shifts to cardiovascular focus
The transaction shifts the company to a cardiovascular focus; proceeds are expected to fund EDG-7500 through potential approval.
Phase 3 initiation for EDG-7500 in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is targeted for Q4 2026. Phase 2 for EDG-15400 in HFpEF remains on track.
