Williams keeps 2026 adjusted EBITDA forecast at upper half of USD 8.05 billion-8.35 billion range

2026 guidance and capital spending
Williams kept its 2026 adjusted EBITDA outlook in the upper half of its USD 8.05 billion to USD 8.35 billion range.
Growth capex forecast was held at USD 7 billion to USD 7.6 billion, and maintenance capex outlook was unchanged at USD 850 million to USD 950 million.
The updated 2026 leverage ratio midpoint was set at about 3.6x, while the long-term leverage target range was reiterated at 3.5x to 4.0x.
