EDBL•Edible Garden has engaged E2 Building Group to lead construction of its 400,000-square-foot Prairie Hills ready-to-drink manufacturing hub in Webster City, Iowa. The facility, designed for advanced Tetra Pak processing, targets annual output exceeding 100 million shelf-stable beverage units under its Farm-to-Formula® platform.
1. Engagement with E2 Building Group
Edible Garden has appointed national design-build firm E2 Building Group to oversee preconstruction services, construction management and design-build execution for its planned 400,000-square-foot Prairie Hills ready-to-drink facility in Webster City, Iowa.
2. Construction Phase Initiation
With facility planning and design completed, the project now advances into the construction phase, where E2 will coordinate contractors, manage project activities and drive equipment installation and commissioning processes.
3. Capacity and Strategic Impact
Once operational, the Prairie Hills hub will leverage advanced Tetra Pak processing and packaging technologies to produce more than 100 million shelf-stable beverage units annually, supporting Edible Garden’s expansion into higher-margin ready-to-drink nutrition categories.
