Edible Garden enters contract to buy 6.2-acre Prairie Hills RTD facility in Iowa
EDBL•Edible Garden entered a contract to buy a 6.2-acre property in Webster City, Iowa, for its Prairie Hills ready-to-drink facility. The facility is being developed for more than 100 million units of shelf-stable beverages, and closing remains subject to due diligence and customary conditions.
1. Purchase contract
Edible Garden entered a contract to buy the Prairie Hills property, including its real estate, buildings, improvements, selected equipment, fixtures and related site property. The purchase would shift the company from tenant to owner of the manufacturing site, with closing subject to due diligence and customary conditions.
2. Facility plans
Prairie Hills is being developed for more than 100 million units of shelf-stable beverages, including branded output and private-label manufacturing. Title is expected to transfer to Edible Garden or a wholly owned unit.
