Edwards reports superior TAVR results compared with clinical surveillance in at-risk patients
EW•Edwards said its TAVR treatment delivered a 33% relative reduction in death or heart failure events at two years versus clinical surveillance in moderate aortic stenosis patients with at-risk features. TAVR reduced heart failure hospitalizations by more than 50% and improved quality of life by 15.5 points at 30 days.
