An IDC study published by eGain, covering 520 organizations, found that organizations with the most mature knowledge management practices reported roughly twice the AI business impact of those with the least mature practices. The findings favor unified knowledge platforms, automated content maintenance and centralized ownership to improve AI performance and limit misinformation and compliance risks.
