1. Einride SPAC Listing Plans

Einride submitted an S-4 registration statement with SPAC Legato Merger Corp. III to list on Nasdaq at a $1.35 billion valuation. The deal is expected to generate approximately $333 million in gross proceeds, including $113 million from an oversubscribed PIPE and up to $220 million from trust assets, before redemptions.

2. Amazon Collaboration Expansion

As part of its commercial growth, Einride will deploy 75 electric heavy-duty trucks across five U.S. locations in partnership with Amazon, marking a significant scale-up of the retailer’s electric fleet. This expansion underscores Amazon’s effort to electrify last-mile and regional freight operations.

3. Financial and Strategic Implications

Einride’s audited 2025 revenue reached SEK 457.8 million, up from SEK 388.4 million in 2024, and it forecasts SEK 800 million in potential long-term ARR from signed contracts. The Amazon deployment could accelerate Einride’s recurring revenue streams and support Amazon’s sustainability targets by reducing transportation emissions.
