Eledon’s Tegoprubart improves quality of life versus tacrolimus in Phase 2 kidney transplant trial
ELDN•Eledon Pharmaceuticals said its Phase 2 BESTOW trial found sustained quality-of-life benefits with investigational tegoprubart versus tacrolimus in kidney transplant recipients through 12 months.
1. Trial findings
Eledon Pharmaceuticals announced that tegoprubart reduced transplant-related symptom burden through 12 months, with clinically and statistically significant benefits in symptoms and problems compared with tacrolimus. Tacrolimus recipients reported slightly worse symptom occurrence than at baseline. The results were presented Oct. 23, 2026, at the American Society of Nephrology Kidney Week meeting in Denver.
