Element Solutions Announces Mutual Termination Of Merger Agreement With Solstice Advanced Materials

Aug. 27 (Reuters) - Element Solutions Inc. (ESI.N) said it has mutually terminated its merger agreement with Solstice Advanced Materials.
The company also said there will be no termination payments between Element Solutions and Solstice.
