Elite Health Systems posted a GAAP net loss of $1.53 million in Q2 2026, widening from $441,000 a year earlier.
Revenue totaled $1.47 million, including $162,000 of policy revenue from serving Medicare Advantage members and $1.31 million from services.
Selling, general and administrative expense climbed to $1.71 million, up 149%, as it continued investing in the business.
Six-month loss widens and board launches strategic review
For the first six months, GAAP net loss widened to $2.83 million from $865,000, with revenue of $3.04 million.
The board authorized a strategic review, including potential financing, asset sales, or a merger, as going-concern doubt was raised at June 30.
