Essity agreed to buy Kenvue’s Brazil feminine care assets, taking ownership of the Carefree, Sempre Livre and o.b. brands.
The deal includes related manufacturing equipment in Brazil.
The acquired business posted net sales of about BRL 800 million for the 12 months ended June 30, 2026.
