Ellomay posted IFRS profit of EUR 70.51 million in Q2, swinging from a loss.
Revenue rose 10.13% to EUR 12.42 million, supported by additional US solar facilities connected during 2025-2026.
IFRS EBITDA climbed to EUR 88.5 million, reflecting a EUR 94.8 million net profit on the Ellomay Luzon Energy sale.
Italy project buildout advances
In Italy, the buildout advanced with 150 MW under construction for completion by end-2026.

First-half results turn positive
For the first half, IFRS profit reached EUR 58.29 million, turning from a loss.
Revenue increased 4.71% to EUR 21.08 million.
