Eltek's 2025 revenue rose 11% to $51.8M, but net income plunged to $0.8M from $4.2M due to operational overhaul and currency headwinds. Fourth-quarter sales grew to $13.2M, yet quarterly loss of $0.3M and $0.7M EBITDA highlight transitional challenges ahead of new plating line integration.

1. Financial Performance

Eltek’s 2025 revenue rose 11% year-over-year to $51.8 million, while net income fell to $0.8 million from $4.2 million and EBITDA declined to $4.5 million. In Q4, sales climbed to $13.2 million but produced a $0.3 million loss alongside $0.7 million EBITDA.

2. Operational Transformation

Throughout 2025 Eltek executed a significant manufacturing overhaul, relocating production systems, upgrading machinery and integrating new plating lines. 3. Market Outlook and Strategy

Eltek’s capital expenditure program aligns with growing demand for high-performance PCBs in defense and medical sectors. Investments in advanced plating lines and expanded infrastructure aim to enhance capacity, support complex HDI and rigid-flex solutions and drive long-term margin improvement.
