Emergent BioSolutions names Frank Vargo interim CFO effective Jan. 1, 2027

Emergent BioSolutions CFO Rich Lindahl will retire effective Dec. 31, 2026, and vice president and treasurer Frank Vargo will become interim CFO on Jan. 1, 2027.

Lindahl will remain a part-time adviser through March 31, 2027.
