Emerson recorded a 78.9% employee engagement score and committed $200 million over 10 years to educational programs in its operating communities, supporting workforce development and local STEM initiatives.

4. ESG Ratings and Customer Impact

For the second consecutive year, Emerson earned an A rating on Climate Change from CDP and continues to deploy its automation technologies to help customers reduce their carbon footprint and improve operational reliability across multiple industries.
