Lisenby brings 25 years at ProAssurance Corporation where he served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, advising on insurance regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise risk management. He holds a J.D. from The University of Alabama, membership in Order of the Coif and is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter.
