Capacity expansion to 3,600 tonnes per year is underway, with commissioning expected as early as end-2026.
Energy Fuels also gains ASM’s Dubbo rare earths project in Australia, strengthening long-life feedstock for an integrated platform.
Acquisition completed and supply chain expanded
Energy Fuels completed its acquisition of Australian Strategic Materials, adding rare earth metals and alloy production to its supply chain.
The deal brings ASM’s operating Korean Metals Plant in Ochang, South Korea, with 1,300 tonnes-per-year NdFeB alloy capacity.
