- Enerpac Tool Group named Kevin J. Hagen principal accounting officer, vice president, global controller, effective July 23, 2026.
- Hagen joined in June 2026 as vice president of finance.
- He previously held senior finance roles at Sherwin-Williams, most recently vice president and controller, following external reporting leadership positions.
- Earlier, he worked at Signet Jewelers, including vice president and assistant controller, with prior audit experience at Deloitte and Ciuni & Panichi.
- Patrick J. Dawson will no longer serve as principal accounting officer and corporate controller.
