ENPH•Enphase Energy launched its IQ9N microinverter for U.S. residential solar featuring GaN technology, 16 A DC input, 427 VA output, and industry-leading 97.5% CEC weighted efficiency. The IQ9N unit offers peak 97.8% efficiency, backward compatibility with IQ7/8 inverters and IQ® Batteries, U.S. manufacturing for FEOC compliance, and a 25-year limited warranty.

Enphase Energy has introduced the IQ9N microinverter for residential solar in the U.S., featuring GaN technology for a CEC weighted efficiency of 97.5% and peak efficiency up to 97.8%. The device supports 16 A continuous DC current and delivers 427 VA of AC output while being backed by a 25-year limited warranty.
2. Compatibility and Installation Benefits
The IQ9N is backward compatible with existing IQ7® and IQ8® microinverters and IQ® Batteries, allowing seamless expansion of current Enphase systems using the same installation methods and accessories. Installers benefit from cooler operation, reduced service calls, and optimized performance across shading, complex roofs and high-temperature conditions.

Manufactured in U.S. facilities with domestic content, the IQ9N may qualify for FEOC-compliant tax credits and meets Buy American Act standards for federal procurement.
