Ensysce Biosciences CEO Lynn Kirkpatrick to become chief operating officer after annual meeting
ENSC•Ensysce Biosciences CEO Lynn Kirkpatrick will become chief operating officer after the company’s annual stockholder meeting, scheduled for December 14, 2026. President James Morrisson will become CEO after the meeting; both changes will be delayed if it is postponed.
1. Leadership changes
Kirkpatrick agreed on October 29, 2026, to relinquish the CEO title and become chief operating officer immediately after the annual stockholder meeting. Morrisson will become CEO at that time, and director Will Chang intends to resign from the board following the meeting.
