Ensysce Biosciences completed enrollment in the final stage of its PF614-MPAR-102 clinical study evaluating MPAR overdose-protection technology.
Results have been presented previously; new data from the final stage will be presented in the future.
Prior findings and program status
Published findings indicate the drug maintained intended therapeutic exposure under normal use while limiting additional opioid release under excessive dosing.
The program remains positioned as a Breakthrough Therapy-designated, first-in-class opioid approach aimed at reducing oral overdose risk in pain treatment.
