Entergy has secured data center power agreements that will deliver approximately $5 billion in cumulative customer bill savings over the next 20 years for 2.3 million customers across Arkansas, Louisiana and Mississippi. The initiative follows the 2024 Mississippi agreement and December's Arkansas deal and received approval or acknowledgement from each state's public service commission.

Entergy Mississippi will capture over $2 billion in savings by using data center contributions to offset plant replacement and fund grid upgrades. Entergy Arkansas customers stand to save $1.7 billion through Google and Avaio projects that include a 600 MW solar array and 350 MW battery facility. Entergy Louisiana will realize roughly $800 million in savings, including a 10% reduction in storm recovery and grid resilience fees driven by Meta's data center commitments.

Revenues from data center power sales are funding new transmission and distribution upgrades to strengthen reliability at no extra cost to existing customers. State filings confirm resource adequacy for current and future demand, ensuring stable operations while accommodating high-intensity facilities.

Entergy has introduced its Fair Share Plus pledge to maintain oversight on cost allocations, securing public service commission collaboration to protect customers. The pledge aligns with energy security objectives to support AI data center growth while preserving ratepayer protections.
