The sale of Clean Earth and the spin-off of New Enviri are scheduled for completion by mid-2026. These moves aim to streamline operations, allocate capital more efficiently, and sharpen management attention on core service lines under the reorganized corporate structure.

Enviri is set to release its quarterly results after market close on May 11, with analysts projecting a loss of $0.26 per share on $465.37 million in revenue. A conference call will follow to discuss the impact of the restructuring on future performance.

The company’s latest financial ratios reveal a negative P/E of -9.14 and a high debt-to-equity ratio of 7.08, underscoring ongoing profitability challenges and significant leverage. However, a current ratio of 1.14 indicates sufficient short-term liquidity to meet immediate obligations.
