Net loss attributable to common stockholders widened to $7.27 million, or $0.07 per share, from $6.94 million, or $0.32.
R&D expense climbed 26.04% to $3.13 million, driven by clinical-trial follow-up activity, PMA module submission fees, and personnel costs.
Cash totaled about $19.68 million at June 30, 2026, up from $3.74 million at Dec. 31, 2025.
Acclaim cochlear implant PMA submission
Envoy Medical said it submitted the first of four modular PMA modules to the FDA for the Acclaim cochlear implant.
The company said the final module, with clinical data, is targeted for Q2 2027.
