Envoy Medical says Atlas SPAC fund drops Delaware Chancery lawsuit over share redemptions
COCH•Envoy Medical entered an agreement on Oct. 6, 2026, to end litigation with Atlas Merchant Capital SPAC Fund I over alleged limits on share redemptions. All claims will be dismissed with prejudice, with no payment to Atlas.
1. Lawsuit dismissal
Envoy Medical entered a dismissal agreement on Oct. 6, 2026, to end Delaware Court of Chancery litigation with Atlas Merchant Capital SPAC Fund I. Atlas alleged it was not allowed to redeem its Class A common stock in Envoy Medical’s September 2023 business combination. All claims will be dismissed with prejudice, and no payment will be made to Atlas by the company or any other defendant.
