EON Resources says too early to set reliable production expectations for San Andres wells
EONR•EON Resources said reliable production expectations for two San Andres horizontal wells remain premature. It is seeking lower-double-digit-rate financing to replace short-term borrowing carrying 40%–50% net effective interest rates, and expects waterflood production to recover above 1,000 barrels per day.
1. Wells and waterflood
Two San Andres horizontal wells are producing through permanent facilities, but EON Resources said it is too early to set reliable production expectations. Waterflood production is expected to recover above 1,000 barrels per day after heavy rains caused power disruptions.
2. Financing and filings
EON Resources is seeking lower-double-digit-rate financing to replace short-term borrowing carrying 40%–50% net effective interest rates; most of that borrowing has been repaid. A replacement for an abandoned horizontal well is planned for early 2027, with costs carried under the farmout agreements. The company said required SEC filings are current and its third-quarter 2026 Form 10-Q remains on track for timely filing.
